Refund/Return Policy

RSL has a 30-day return/exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your merchandise to return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS

Eligibility for return/exchange:

*Must have receipt.

*Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, with tags and in original condition as when purchased. 

Non-returnable items

*Items worn and/or damaged from customer neglect or normal wear and tear 

*Items on sale/clearance 

*Items that are seasonal or limited editions 

*Custom ordered apparel.

***Please inspect all merchandise once received and contact us at ( or 262-456-0808) immediately if there are any defects or damages to your merchandise. Also, if you receive the wrong product. We will do our best to resolve the issues ASAP.
